Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order with PeakView Optics, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified.*
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@peakviewoptics.com.
No Shipping outside the USA.
Shipping Options:
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.

White Glove Delivery: this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled.

GOYOJO Shipping Policy
Overview
This shipping policy applies to all GOYOJO products and sets out the shipping process you can expect when placing an order with us. Night Vision supplies to the United States customers ship from our U.S. warehouse.
Delivery Information
Once you have placed your order, you can expect a 2 day lead time for processing your order. The lead time is an estimate as to when your order will be shipped and does not include time in transit.
Lead time depends on the season and overall demand. We endeavor to keep this lead time as short as possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
You will be notified when your products have been shipped.
Shipment time and shipping cost
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location and the product. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you with accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.
The product price does not include shipping cost. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, size, product type and your chosen delivery location. We will send you a confirmation email and communicate the shipping method and shipping cost after receiving your order.
Our best estimate for delivery time in the United States is 7-20 days via courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking link (where available) for your order.
Sometimes your order may ship in multiple packages, in which case you will be provided tracking information for each one.
Signature on Delivery
Your shipment will require a signature on delivery due to the high value of the goods.
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your shipment delivered to a business or separate location where someone will be available to sign for the goods.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
Once your goods are in transit, any issues or delays are outside GOYOJO’s control.
In the event of any issues with your delivery, we will be in contact with our logistics partner to provide any information that might assist resolve the issue.

GSCI Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Cancellations
Each GSCI product is custom-built to order, beginning production immediately upon receiving payment. This process includes allocating parts, components, and labor.
- All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.*
- Modifications: Adjustments to your order, such as upgrades or volume changes, may be possible depending on the stage of production and the timing of your request.
Shipping and Insurance
- All orders are shipped with insurance covering 1% of the invoice value. This provides basic coverage at a significantly lower cost than standard courier rates.
- Optional Additional Coverage: Customers may choose to arrange their own shipping insurance for higher coverage, if desired.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are responsible for inspecting the package and device immediately upon receipt. If any damage is identified, please notify us promptly so we can assist in filing a claim with the courier.

GSCI’s streamlined production process ensures prompt delivery:
- Small orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of payment, and often sooner.
Export Compliance
- Weapon-mountable devices: U.S. customers may require an export permit, a standard procedure that typically takes 3-5 days for processing and approval.
- Non-weapon-mountable devices: These do not require an export permit.
