To maximize your warranty coverage, promptly register your product within 60 days of purchase:

- Mail: Send the enclosed registration card to 1010 South 48th Street, Springdale, AR 72762.
For products with serial numbers, use the serial code to register. For those without, use the product item number and your purchase date (MMDDYY format).

Making a Return or Requesting Service
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To return or service a product:
- Obtain an RMA Number through our Returns Portal or by calling 1-866-252-3811.
- Include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and a written explanation of the issue with your return.
- Use a tracked and insured shipping service for protection during transit.
Anytime Free Service
Explore Scientific offers free adjustments, cleaning, or collimation for branded products—no matter when you purchased them. Simply request an RMA Number and send your product in for expert care (shipping costs apply).
Non-Explore Scientific & Third-Party Products
For third-party products sold through Explore Scientific, warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer. Please contact them directly for support.
Silver Grade Products
Products purchased as “Silver Grade” are covered for functional and optical defects under the same warranty periods as standard products. Cosmetic issues such as dents or blemishes are not included.
Additional Warranty Information
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, such as Alibaba or eBay, are not covered under the Explore Scientific warranty.
- Warranties are valid only for the original owner and require registration within 60 days.
